4. About Price and Payment
1) About the Price
The price in our website is wholesale price. It just fits for medium and small wholesale business. If you need order more than $15,000 or 50 pcs per style/color/size, please send me e-mail with the styles and the quantity. Then we will offer you the FOB or CIF price!
2) About the Discount
If your order quantity is enough, we can give you some discount.
5% discount, the total is above $1000 or 30 pc per style/color/size.
8% discount, the total is above $2500 or 50 pc per style/color/size.
12% discount, the total is above $5000.
The more quantity you order, the more discount will be.
3) Our Payment and Bank Remittance Information.
The PayPal, Visa/Master, T/T, Ali-pay, Western Union, Money Gram, and other bank transfer payment are available for us.
1. What is the Minimum Order Q'ty (MOQ)?
Generally, Our MOQ is $100, not include delivery cost, tax and VAT. For order amount under USD100, we will increase the price according to your finalized order q'ty.
2. About the Order Process
1) Please add all the products you want into the shopping cart and then follow the instructions to complete the order form and submit, getting your Order Number, such as 141011-1070. (Please record this order number for further inquiries).
2) After you place the order, we will check soon and then send the invoice include Freight to you within 24 hours. (If there is not any email from us within 24 hours since you get the order number, there must be some problem incurred during the process of submitting your order. 3) After you receive our e-mail, please pay soon and tell us the transaction information, so that we could check your payment, and send the parcel to you in time, and then we will tell you the tracking number, so you could check online.
1. How to Calculate the Postage?
Generally we use FEDEX / EMS/ DHL/ UPS/ TNT; the postage depends on weight, delivery methods and destination country, so it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order. The more quantity you order, the cheaper postage will be.

1) How to deal with, if the item is defective?

Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.
